Reminder to legal persons recognized as belonging to the industrial, commercial and financial sector, the labour sector or the professional sector for the submission of annual summary reports before the deadline
MACAU, September 16 - According to paragraph 1 of Article 30 of the current Voter Registration Law, a legal person recognized as belonging to the industrial, commercial and financial sector, the labour sector or the professional sector should submit its annual summary report by the last working day of September each year, i.e. 30 September this year (Wednesday) to the Standing Committee for the Coordination of Social Affairs (address: Travessa 1° de Maio, Edifício Advance Plaza, r/c, 32-G, Macau).
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 34 of the same law, if a legal-person voter who does not submit an annual summary report by 30 September and fails to do so again in the next five calendar years, its voter registration will be suspended from the closing date of the next display of a final register of electors.
